NPSG reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. Your access to our Site and any other websites of Naturally Plus, in any way, signifies your agreement to these Terms of Use, the NPSG Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Materials includes information, data, documents, images, photographs, graphic audio, videos, webcasts or products.
Services includes transmitting, downloading or uploading from Naturally Plus global websites.
You may not use the Services or accept the Terms of Use if you are not of legal age or are prohibited by law.

This Site is controlled and operated by Naturally Plus Singapore Pte Limited (“NPSG”). Any dispute or other matters arising between NPSG and Site-users will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Singapore and all actions and proceedings will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Court.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

This website, services and materials and their selection and arrangement on or through this Site are the property of NPSG and/or third party and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

All trade names, trademarks, service marks, certification marks and other product and service names and logos (the “Trade Marks”) on our Site and within the content are the registered and unregistered marks of NPSG and third party owners and are proprietary to NPSG and/or third party owners and are protected by, including but not limited to, Singapore and international trademark laws. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any such Trade Marks without prior expressed consent from the respective owners. You must not use without NPSG expressed consent any of the Trade Marks as a hyperlink to the Site of any other website. Any unauthorised use of the Trade Marks or other materials is strictly prohibited and NPSG will take all necessary action to enforce this right.

6. Notice Specific to Documents Available On This Site

Permission to use documents from NPSG is granted provided that:

NPSG documents identified above do not include the design or layout of NPSG websites or any other NPSG owned, operated, licensed or controlled website. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any of our Site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by NPSG.

7. NDS: User Names and Passwords

Online registration of membership is currently not available. Registration of membership can only be done physically at our Singapore salon. Upon registration, you will be issued with a member ID number which can be used to set up and access your NDS account here.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to authorise NPSG any unauthorised use of your account. NPSG will not be held liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone using your password or account; either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for losses incurred by NPSG or another party due to someone using your account and password.
You must not misuse the Site by creating multiple, fictitious or fraudulent accounts.

8. Information submitted through NPSG Websites

Submission of information through this Site will be governed by NPSG Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with your use of this Site is true, accurate and complete. You will maintain and update such information as needed, such that the information remains true, accurate and complete.

9. Use of Services

The Services may contain e-mail services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, photo albums, calendars, bulletin board services, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others. You agree to communicate by posting, sending and receiving messages and material that are proper and related to NPSG services. You agree not to use or encourage or permit others to:

Impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a NPSG employee or Affiliate member, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Is false, deceptive, misleading, or deceitful
Infringes any trademark, trade secret, trade dress, copyright or other proprietary rights of NPSG
That contains software viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
Employs misleading email addresses or forges headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through NPSG.

b. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose

c. Falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as attributions, legal or other proper notices, labels, proprietary designations and others.

d. Violate any applicable laws or regulations

e. Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others

f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to NPSG computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with performance of, or impairs the functionality of NPSG websites and services.

We may, from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of or remove, whether in whole or in part, our Site and shall not be liable if any such upgrade, modification, suspension or removal prevents you from accessing the Platform or any part of the Services. NPSG reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Site at any time, without notice, for any reasons.

NPSG reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as NPSG deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, legal process, governmental request or regulation, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, as a whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

All computer systems are subject to monitoring to assure proper functioning of the system and to provide security for the computer system’s operation.
